How to get your password

1. Please enter your email in the field Tagline (earlier About You) in Your Public Profile on Shutterstock. Replace @ by [at] and . by [dot]
   
   
   
   
2. Wait a few days. Passwords are sent on Monday and Thursday.
   
   
3. Check e-mail and Spam. (Most likely there will be a letter.)
   
   
4. After receiving the password e-mail address can be deleted from your profile on Shutterstock.
   
   

Attention! The password is not sent, if your portfolio is not in the m-rank. (There is nothing to show.)
In this case, wait for hitting one of your works to top100k.
